Building Painting Project Update

Window replacements at Rio Del Sol require the pre-approval of the Board of Directors. Requests must be submitted in writing and include the approved window as well as approved installer:

Approved Window: Milgard Bronze Aluminum frames with Suncoat Max Low-E Glass

1.  Stucco and Paint Repairs Status:

     Investigating stucco concerns and new products - obtaining bids

     Product Testing to occur as soon as weather permits.

2.  Plaster failure on spa closest to Clubhouse

     Must be re-plastered - Big Blasters Hired & Deposit Paid.

3.  Patio Chairs - 6 New Chairs arrived and removed from storage. Placed on property 10-12-2020.

     Stained Chaise Lounge - Restrapped on 12-28-2020

4. All Landscape Improvements On Hold until Building Painting is Completed 

5. Several buildings have no antenna service.  Sound Bank recommends installing an additional         antenna on each building - waiting for quote as well as researching the best electrical option to provide power to the antennas (not every building has a common area power source)
